There is more activity going on in the Cascadia Subduction zone again.
Also, the chances for more seismic activity with the chance for mag. 3 or greater in Southern California are spiking again just now.
There is a lot going on all over. A magnitude 5.7 just happened on the coast of Northeastern Australia. There is again, a very high potential for more dangerous quake and volcanic activity in places throughout the world.

The chances for some more seismic activity here in Southern California and other parts of the state are just now increasing again. There may be some more quakes here with the chance of magnitude 3+ within the next few hours, but there also might not be a thing. The chances are higher now, but at the same time it might be holding up.
The chances for more moderate to potentially major earthquake and volcanic activity in the world somewhere are also increasing again. There might even be more going on up in Alaska and there's a higher chance for mag. 4+ EQs in the Pacific NW of the United States so far. There also might be more going on in Oklahoma as well as the Irvine area in Texas - higher chance for more mag. 3+font]

The chances for more moderate to potentially major earthquake activity worldwide this weekend if not anytime now are very high again.

Another moderate, yet significant earthquake hit the East coast of Australia. The watch for more moderate to potentially major earthquake and volcanic activity in parts of the world continues.
There is also still a high chance for more seismic activity heating up in Southern California within the next week if not anytime.

So far, there is now a very high chance for more dangerous earthquake and/or volcanic activity in parts of the world again. The biggest EQ so far since the magnitude 5.6 in Australia was a mag. 5.4 in Argentina. The chances now for magnitude 6 or larger quakes somewhere in the world with the possibility of volcanic activity somewhere have spiked!
There is also a higher chance so far for more activity here in Southern California - higher chance for mag. 3+ anytime or anyday

So far, there is still more seismic activity revving up in Southern California. A mag. 2.7 happened just earlier this morning. The largest quake that occurred over the past 8 hours so far was a mag. 5.4 in the Solomon Islands.
