I find that a lot of RHCP stuff is deceptively difficult to play. It's taken me years to really get to grips with Snow (Hey Oh), that main riff is relentless and very fast, and even the chord changes at the end are quite tricky to get right.
Another song which is harder than it sounds to play is Under The Bridge. It doesn't help that there are quite a few inaccurate transcriptions around (even the one in the official tablature book is incorrect).
I also play Dani California, Californication, Road Trippin and Apache Rose Peacock.

I can play bits and pieces of their stuff, but not a single song perfectly beginning to end, such is my ineptitude on the guitar.

I tried playing Under The Bridge once but gave up. I've played piano for years and wanted to learn guitar. After a couple of days of practising I smashed that fucker against the wall. Not for me.

Haha, you should have gone for an easier song. I've been playing for a long time and that one still gives me trouble.
