I have already put it out there that my side has been a source of pain for a long time. I shared this on the other forum, but it is dead now. I must see a doctor before I end up having to go to the hospital. I know not to wait around for it to get worse. I doubt its cancer. I've had this for several years and I'm still active and well. I'm not showing signs that I'm seriously ill besides this pain I feel about everyday at least at some point. I asked before what they are probably going to do, but that forum died on us. Are they going to squeeze it or stick a needle in it or what?

They'll probably squeeze it a bit and ask for your response. I doubt there will be any needles involved.

Doctors are just people too. Don't think on it any longer if you feel like you should see a doctor, it's just gonna be some poking and squeezing and they'll tell you what to do.

Okay. I'm going to have it checked out as soon as possible, I know that.

My side/flank is always very soft, but at this time when its really warm and hot, it feels really soft and unfortunately it would probably hurt a little more when they do the poking and squeezing. I'm so tender there that even a slight rub, poke, or grab will leave a little redness. Of course, I'm not a wuss so I will not be too timid about it.
